American bassoonist and composer Reed A. Hanna has a growing catalog of works for various ensemble mediums including wind band, woodwind and brass quintets, instrumental solo and chamber repertoire, and pieces for tuba-euphonium quartet. An enthusiastic bassoonist and pianist, Hanna continues to inspire musical audiences with his performances and compositions. A candidate for the Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in bassoon performance, he also holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
