Description

La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi

First performance 6 March 1853, Venezia (Teatro La Fenice)
The sound of the Trumpet and Trombone accompanied by the Piano succeed in recreating one of the most lively and festive scenes of the opera, where a group of guests sings a chorus evoking the festive atmosphere of Spanish bullfights. The chorus takes place during the party at Flora Bervoix’s house, where Alfredo will ultimately leave his beloved Violetta.
