Aestus, for French Horn and Piano, must be played with passion and fervor. The music requires technical command and artistic sensitivity from both the horn player and pianist as they intertwine to create a range of emotions and lively colors, from the sad serenity of the second movement to the energetic, rhythmic third movement, which closes with the warmth of a big hug!
